Founded in Locmariaquer, Brittany, Woodspars is today recognized as a unique specialist in Europe, thanks to its 30-meter custom wood lathe and in-house calculation software for hollow masts. This rare combination of craftsmanship and technology ensures products that are lighter, stronger, and more durable.
From Classic Yachts to Modern Challenges
Each year, Woodspars delivers between 50 and 100 masts, working with shipyards, riggers, and naval architects across Europe and beyond. Our projects range from full rig refits on classic sailing yachts to tailor-made spars for Mediterranean, Atlantic, and international clients.
By mastering laminated wood techniques (NF14080 & EN310 certified), we guarantee stability, resistance, and finishes that last longer while preserving the beauty and soul of traditional wooden rigging.
