The design key points of the Propulsion control panel
The combined design of the Marine main engine propulsion control handle and the touch control panel needs to strike a balance between the reliability of traditional mechanical control and the flexibility of intelligent touch control.
I. Function Allocation
1. Control handle: It undertakes basic operations such as forward movement, backward movement, acceleration and deceleration, provides physical control feedback, and is suitable for blind operation in harsh environments.
2. Touch panel: It is used for fine parameter setting, real-time data monitoring (such as speed and fuel consumption), fault diagnosis and system customization, improving operational accuracy.
----------------------------------------------------
II. Security Mechanism
1.Redundant design: The handle and the touch panel are independently powered. When one fails, the other can still operate independently to ensure emergency control.
2. Prevention of misoperation: High-risk operations (such as reversing and emergency stops) require a secondary confirmation on the touch screen and should be coordinated with specific actions of the handle. The touchscreen supports wet hand or glove operation modes.
----------------------------------------------------
III. Ergonomics
1. Layout optimization: The handle is installed on the right side of the cab, which conforms to the right-hand operation habit. The touchscreen is placed obliquely on the upper left side of the handle to reduce the fatigue of eye contact switching.
2. Operation feedback: The handle provides force feedback (such as resistance changes), and the touch screen is accompanied by vibration and sound prompts, enhancing the sense of operation confirmation.
----------------------------------------------------
IV. Protection Standards
1. Handle protection: It adopts a stainless steel casing and fluororubber sealing, achieving an IP66 protection level, resistant to salt spray and rinse.
2. Touchscreen protection: Covered with tempered glass, the edges are rubber-coated to prevent impact, the surface is anti-glare and anti-fingerprint, and it is suitable for the high-temperature environment of the cabin.
----------------------------------------------------
V. Intelligent Interconnection
1. System integration: The touch screen is interconnected with the ship's monitoring and navigation systems, capable of automatically recommending speed, analyzing energy consumption, and achieving intelligent control.
2. Predictive Maintenance: Built-in diagnostic function, which can issue early warnings of component failures through data analysis, facilitating maintenance management.
