Equipped with Zhejiang's first set of equipment—the Visualized Automatic Steering Centralized Control System, it addresses the challenge of coupling digital models for ship steering with physical models of the marine environment, achieving the first-ever real-time environmental perception-based ship motion response model in steering control systems. It establishes a highly realistic virtual environment, perfectly embodying the physical principles of interactions between the ship and wind, waves, currents, etc. Paired with the WSS-H76 bow sensor (30°/s turn tracking, IP66 protection), it ensures stable output of bow direction, latitude, and longitude data, fully meeting the dynamic environmental modeling requirements of simulators.
2.Human Factors Interaction Design
The WLF series propulsion control handle and WLF-150 helm wheel feature an aluminum alloy housing + metal transmission structure, with adjustable damping and comfortable tactile feedback. They support CAN bus / 4-20mA multi-protocol output, enabling precise replication of real vessel control feedback. Paired with the WEI series electromagnetic induction bridge instruments (fluorescent scale + power-off continuous display), they provide clear and reliable state visualization support to the operation end within the simulator's immersive scenario.
