The WLF-100 Propulsion Control Lever is ready.
Predictable, smooth control with clear position feedback is essential for operators, while boatbuilders and integrators need a lever that adapts to different propulsion systems and signal requirements.
At the helm, propulsion control should feel predictable. Operators need smooth input, clear position feedback and dependable performance, while boatbuilders and system integrators need a control lever that can match different propulsion systems and signal requirements.
The WLF-100 propulsion control lever is designed for single- and twin-engine applications on ships, new-energy vessels and other marine projects. Its adjustable control damping and configurable tactile detent feedback help operators recognize important lever positions by feel. For twin-engine operation, the dual handles can be synchronized when required, supporting coordinated control.
Key customer benefits include:
Dual-handle, left-hand single and right-hand single versions
Operating ranges of ±60°, 0–60° or −15–60°
Neutral-only, three-level or each-position tactile feedback
5 kΩ potentiometer, 4–20 mA, switch and CAN output options
Adjustable scale backlighting for low-light helm environments
Optional electric shaft synchronization
IP56 protection and feedback accuracy of ≤0.5%
The WLF-100 operates on 24 V DC across a working temperature range of 5–55°C. It is designed to meet the electromagnetic compatibility and vibration requirements of IEC 60945, supporting reliable operation in demanding onboard environments.
For product selection and configuration confirmation, customers can provide their engine quantity, required output signal, operating range, detent preference and operating direction. Ningbo Shanbei Technology Co., Ltd. can then recommend the appropriate WLF-100 version for the project.
