Floats for pontoons

Rotax, offers its own rotomoulded pontoon floats.

Filled with polystyrene and guaranteed unsinkable thanks to our mastery of the foaming technique.

Our floats resist possible shocks from boats as well as perforation. They are insensitive to electrolysis and have a one-piece structure, without welding or added cover. They are 100% recyclable.

Regarding the technical characteristics of our floats, the density of polystyrene is between 16 and 20 kg/m3 with an absorption rate of less than 5%. Polystyrene is classified M1 with regard to fire resistance.

We guarantee the quality of our floats by carrying out systematic checks: thickness,

water absorption and waterproofing.

We offer 9 sizes of floats, ranging from a maximum buoyancy of 63kg to 1043kg unit. Something to meet all needs!
