Serigi Immobiliare srl acquires 100% of the shares and becomes sole owner of The Keel Servant srl

Serigi Immobiliare srl (partner of The Keel Servant srl and sole owner of Serigi Engineering srl, technology partner of TKS) has acquired 100% of the shares, in order to boost our products in the market. TKS is preparing new solutions (based on our patented technology for full electromechanical lifting systems) which will be proposed for multihull daggerboards and pivoting/tilting centreboards.

METS TRADE 2025

The Keel Servant will exhibit this year as well at METS TRADE Amsterdam, November 2025. We will have our booth in the Italian Pavillion, as usual.
